Yes. Cancel your Growth subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your account continues on the paid plan until the end of your billing period, then moves to the free Starter plan. No cancellation fees.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Starter is free forever. Growth is $499/month (or $399/month billed annually). The only additional cost is AI chat overage on Enterprise plans ($50 per 1,000 chats beyond the included 25,000).
Yes. Upgrade from Starter to Growth instantly. Downgrade from Growth to Starter at the end of your billing period. Switch between monthly and annual billing at renewal. Book a demo to move to Enterprise.
A scan is counted each time a consumer scans one of your product QR codes. Multiple scans from the same consumer on the same product within 24 hours count as one scan. QR codes you generate for testing in the dashboard do not count.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise plans can be invoiced with NET-30 payment terms. All prices are in USD.
Yes. We offer a startup program with 50% off Growth for the first year for qualifying early-stage companies. Contact us at [email protected] with details about your company.
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. During this period, you can reactivate your account and pick up where you left off. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted in accordance with GDPR requirements.
