1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Veribl platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Veribl provides a platform for creating, managing, and distributing Digital Product Passports in compliance with EU regulations. The Service includes tools for product data management, QR code generation, AI-powered customer support, and compliance monitoring.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Veribl immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Veribl is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users’ use of the Service, or uploading malicious content. You retain ownership of all product data you upload to Veribl.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Veribl and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veribl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
Veribl reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
