Digital product passport implementation, from data to live QR codes

We map the EU rules to your products, move your product data in, collect what suppliers have to provide and test the QR codes on your real labels. Your passports go live on software you can keep running yourself.

What we do

Everything between your product data and a live passport

The parts of a DPP rollout that take the longest, handled with your team.

Compliance data mapping

Which EU rules apply to each product group, which fields each passport needs, and a gap report per product showing what is missing and who has to supply it.

Product data migration

Your catalog moved in from spreadsheets, a PIM such as Akeneo, or an ERP such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle, mapped field by field to passport data.

Supplier data collection

Suppliers get a portal where they answer your data requests or drop in their documents, and AI fills the fields from them. We follow up until the answers are in.

QR code setup and testing

GS1 Digital Link QR codes for every product, checked on your real labels and packaging, with machine-readable JSON-LD behind each passport.

Hosting and audit trail

Passports hosted for at least 10 years, a signed version history for every change, and access levels for the public, repairers and authorities.

After-sale experience on the same QR

The scan that opens the passport can also open setup guides, AI support, product registration and warranty, so the passport collects first-party owner data too.

How it works

Four steps to your first live passports

Each project starts with a pilot group of products, so your team reviews real passports before the wider rollout.

  1. Step 1

    Scope the rollout

We review your catalog, markets, source systems and deadlines, and agree which products go first and what done looks like.

  2. Step 2

    Map and migrate the data

Rules are matched to each product group, your product data is imported and mapped, and the gap report shows what is still missing.

  3. Step 3

    Collect supplier data

Suppliers are invited to the portal for materials, declarations and certificates. Answers arrive ready for your review.

  4. Step 4

    Test and launch

QR codes are scanned on your real labels and the passports checked before release. Then they go live and your team is trained to maintain them.
