Trust at Veribl
We handle product documents and customer conversations with care. Here is how we approach security, privacy, and AI data handling.
A clear view of your data
From the documents that power product support to the details customers share when they register, these are the practices behind the Veribl experience. For the full terms, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Compliance
GDPR responsibilities
Brands are the controllers of consumer data collected through their product pages. Veribl processes that data on their behalf. Some service providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; our Privacy Policy explains the transfer safeguards.
Privacy
Consumer data and consent
Brands decide what consumer information to collect. Veribl provides tools to record marketing consent and to export or delete consumer data. The Privacy Policy explains how individuals can request access, correction, or deletion.
Security
Encryption and access
The platform uses encryption in transit and at rest. Role-based access controls and company-scoped data isolation limit access to business data. Security concerns can be reported to [email protected].
AI & product documents
How support conversations are processed
Product documents provide context for AI support answers. Chat messages and product context are sent to OpenAI for processing. AI answers may be inaccurate or incomplete, so brands should keep their documents current and provide a way to reach human support.
