Modern Slavery Statement

1. Our business

Veribl (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company founded and headquartered in Latvia. Our platform lets brands create Digital Product Passports, deliver digital manuals and AI-powered product support, and manage product registrations and warranties through QR-connected product pages. We are a small, founder-led team serving customers online.

We do not manufacture, assemble, transport, or store physical goods, and we do not contract any party to do so on our behalf.

2. Our supply chain

Our significant suppliers fall into a small number of categories:

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that run our platform and process the data our customers entrust to it
• Software and SaaS vendors we rely on for payments, email, analytics, and internal operations
• Professional services such as accounting and legal counsel, engaged occasionally and contracted directly

We do not source raw materials, components, contract manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics labor.

3. Assessing our risk

We assess the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chain against a few simple principles:

• The nature of our product. We sell software. No factories, farms, or fulfillment centers sit behind what we deliver.
• The people who build it. Everyone who works on Veribl is engaged directly, under a written contract, in line with EU employment and labor standards. We do not use labor agencies or subcontracted staffing.
• The nature of our suppliers. Our significant suppliers are large, established technology and professional-services companies, most of which publish their own modern slavery or human-rights statements.
• Where we operate. Our operations and the large majority of our suppliers are located in the European Union and other jurisdictions with strong labor protections.

In light of the above, we consider the risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains to be low. Low risk is not no risk, so we treat the practices below as ongoing obligations, not a one-time exercise.

4. What we do in practice

• Choose established suppliers and favor those that publish their own modern slavery or human-rights commitments
• Contract directly, in writing, with every person who works on Veribl, and pay agreed rates on time
• Keep supplier decisions with the founders, so a concern about any supplier is raised, reviewed, and acted on quickly
• Reassess our suppliers and this statement annually, and sooner if our supply chain changes materially

5. Raising a concern

Anyone, inside Veribl, at a supplier, or elsewhere, can raise a concern about modern slavery connected to our business or supply chain by emailing [email protected]. Every report reaches the founders directly. We investigate promptly and, where a concern is substantiated, will act, up to and including ending the supplier relationship.

This statement was approved on September 12, 2026 and is reviewed annually.
