Most brands are live within a week of sending their data. Large catalogs, many languages or a direct connection to your ERP or PIM can take a little longer, and we agree the plan with you before we start.

Products and their details, registered owners with serial numbers, purchase dates and warranty terms, support tickets and conversation history with customers and saved replies, PDF manuals and help center articles, Digital Product Passport data and documents, and supplier contacts. Your support email address forwards to Veribl's helpdesk, and your QR codes can point to Veribl product pages.

Not if your QR codes point to your own domain: point that address to Veribl and the codes you already printed keep working. If your codes point to your current vendor's domain, new packaging gets Veribl codes on your own domain, so you never have to reprint for a vendor change again.

Only when you decide. Your current tool keeps running while you test Veribl on a few products, and customers move over when you point your QR codes and support address to Veribl.

Yes. Veribl has apps for Shopify, Zendesk and Akeneo, and sends registrations, claims and conversations to Klaviyo, HubSpot or any other tool through the API and webhooks.
